The library service is committed to ‘Access for All’ and towards this end provides a range of services tailored to the needs of those with hearing impairment –

• A number of sub-titled videos of popular films and TV series are available
  
  
• These may be requested through any branch or mobile library
  
  
• The library service also supports the ‘Sympathetic Hearing Scheme’ by ensuring that staff are trained in deaf-awareness
