ExcITing classes at WELB’s Strabane Community Library

Don’t know your mouse mat from your door mat?  Is technology passing you by?  Contact staff at Strabane Community Library and choose from the range of IT taster sessions available on Thursday 22 May.

 

As part of Adult Learners Week, 19-23 May, the Western Education and Library Board Library (WELB) are running activities at Strabane Community Library in conjunction with EverybodyOnline.

EverybodyOnline is an initiative of the national charity Citizens Online and supported by BT and the Department of Finance and Personnel. It aims to help communities overcome barriers they may face so that can they can take advantage of the opportunities afforded by digital technology and the Internet.

 

The sessions are informal, fun and paced to suit your needs.    Choose from the following:


Booking Flights
Basic Photo Editing
Poster Making
Virtual Interior Design
PC Maintenance
Online Shopping

Strabane Community Library is hosting a day of Silver Surfer taster sessions in conjunction with Business in the Community on Friday 23 May between 10.00am and 4.00pm.  Talk to a member of Library staff to book your place.
