Libraries NI discharges its responsibilities through the Board of Libraries NI using a Committee Structure. The Committee Structure comprises a Services Committee, Business Support Committee, Information Systems Committee and an Audit and Risk Management Committee. Matters relating to service delivery are the business of Services Committee. Financial, human resource and asset management issues are dealt with through the Business Support Committee. The Information Systems Committee is dealing with IT projects and the Audit and Risk Management Committee provides a governance and assurance role to the Board.
